As a Connecticut Engagement and Wedding Photographer, 2021 proved to be the busiest.year.ever. This was in stark contrast to 2020, of course, where you could find me in sweatpants 24×7. In all seriousness, so many sessions and weddings transferred to 2021 (and 2022) that I found I was working around the clock. But I truly was loving every.minute.of.it.
So I selected a wedding to blog: Corinne and Jordan’s Salem Cross Inn wedding, because it was at a location I’ve never been to before. When a venue describes itself with rolling hills and pastures dotted with grazing cattle, stone walls, and cart roads… well.. You know it’s going to be amazing. And it was! Not only did they have a picture-perfect day, but one of the most beautifully touching and heartfelt wedding. Ever. I simply loved the celebration with family and friends. Truth be told when Corinne was getting ready I did tell her I was there partially for the cows 😉
Here are some of their moments captured.
